The Yates House Bed and Breakfast of Rocheport, Missouri offers six large and luxurious guestrooms in two adjacent buildings. Tesla and Electric Vehicle Charging at Yates House

We’ve installed an 80 amp Tesla Destination Charger for Tesla automobiles and a 40 amp ClipperCreek Charger for other Electric Vehicles.

Our EV driving guests can now come to Yates House and recharge their batteries in more ways than one.  Complimentary vehicle charging for overnight guests.  Small charging fee for non-overnight guests.

Dining In Rocheport

Dinner at Rocheport's restaurants is very good and very popular.  We recommend advance dinner reservations always be made prior to your arrival.  Lunch reservations are generally not required.  Columbia, located fifteen minutes away, has many more dining options.  We are pleased to assist you with reservations if needed.

Dinner At Dixie's On Monday

None of Rocheport's excellent restaurants are open on Monday.  To fill this void and satisfy demand for Dixie's fine food, we offer Dinner at Dixie's on Monday to Yates House guests.

Three dinner choices are offered:

  • Wild Alaskan Salmon, Chef's choice of Seasonal and Fresh Side Vegetables.
  • Pork Chops Stuffed with Fontina Cheese and Prosciutto Ham, with Roasted Grapes.  Chef's choice of Seasonal and Fresh Side Vegetables.
  • Vegetarian Sauteed Fresh Vegetables Tossed with Fresh Herbs and Served Over Bed of Brown Rice or Quinoa, Sprinkled with Asiago Cheese.

Dinner always includes Fresh Green Salad, Bread, and Dessert.  Bring your own wine or alcoholic beverage.  We will provide glassware and service.

Price/Person:  $27

When making room reservation, please indicate by telephone or in our Reservation System "Note" section your menu selections and dinner date/time choices.  Please indicate your intention of having dinner at time of reservation and before your arrival.  We cannot prepare your fresh dinner without sufficient notice.

Winter Weather Cancellation
Are you concerned about dangerous winter weather travel conditions? Are you afraid to make a reservation because of our cancellation policy?

If dangerous winter travel conditions exist in your area, along the way to Rocheport, or in Rocheport which will interfere with normal travel safety, you may cancel your Yates House reservation without charge or other obligation. We don't want to put you at risk and would prefer you arrived safely another day.

Checking Room Rates, Room Availability, and Making a Reservation On This Website

We've made it easy for you to check room rates, check room availability for any date, and make a reservation at Yates House online.

After selecting a room (or more) by viewing our room descriptions and photographs, go to the top of any page and find the "BOOK ONLINE" button and click on it.  This takes you to a page which accurately displays room availability for any date and the price of the room.  Enter your desired date of stay in the calender tool located just beneath the two week calender display.  When the calender display changes, locate the room and if available, the price will be listed.  If the room has already been booked, the date/price block will show solid green.

Make your reservation by clicking on the date/price spot for the room you wish to reserve and then entering all required information for the reservation page forms.  Please include in the comment section any special requests/requirements (dietary requirements, etc.) you have which will allow us to make your stay more enjoyable.

Our "Availability" information is always current.  Your online reservation request removes the room from online availability pending our approval of your room request.  Your personal and credit card information is safely secured on a Verisign Secure server.

We reserve the right to alter, limit, or discontinue special offers without notice.  We may elect to honor one special offer or discount per stay.  Offers may not apply to gift certificate redemption.  No monetary limit on gift certificate redemption from Yates House or BBIM.  Gift Cards from other eligible sources limited to maximum $250 redemption per stay/service.
