Gourmet Weekends
Each gourmet weekend package at our cooking school includes:

  • Friday night icebreaker reception featuring discussion of food and wine.
  • Cooking class and Friday evening supper.
  • Saturday sous chef class session.
  • Special vintner's tour of Les Bourgeois winery on Saturday.
  • Saturday afternoon dinner prep class and multi-course dinner Saturday night.

Gourmet Weekend Pricing:  Cost of selected room for two nights and $160/person. Reserve your space now by calling 573-698-2129 or email us. You may also make your reservation by using our on-line reservation system.

Customized Classes can be arranged just for your group of six to eight participants.  Call Dixie at 573-698-2129 or email her at info@yateshouse.com and she will work with you to arrange a class that will perfectly suit your group's needs.

 

Wednesday Evening Classes
These 2-3 hour hands-on sessions focus on a special food topic or cooking technique. Gather your group and select a topic. Classes may be scheduled November through April. Class size limited to six.

 
Lunch & Learn
We will provide your group a fun cooking demonstration followed by a great lunch. Group size limited to 22.
 

Food and Wine Lover’s Weekend
We will also offer an opportunity for groups (8 - 12 participants) to schedule a Food and Wine Lover's Weekend that will include:

  • Two nights' lodging.
  • Wine and gourmet cheese reception upon check-in Friday evening.
  • Special vintner's tour of Les Bourgeois Winery on Saturday.
  • Fabulous dinner served Saturday evening.
  • Prices start at $75/person plus cost of lodging.
  • This is not a class. All food is prepared by Yates House.
