Yates House, our Missouri bed and breakfast, is a lovely reproduction of an 1850 roadside inn and was completed in 1991. This inviting building contains three of our six guestrooms. The guestrooms and common areas are large, comfortable, and well decorated. The building looks "old, but beautifully restored" both inside and out. All guestrooms are provided with modern, full bathrooms, closets, and individually controllable air conditioning. The back porch, patio, and garden areas offer unsurpassed beauty for quiet reflection or visiting with friends. Ample automobile parking and indoor, locked bicycle parking is provided.

Since we are only 15 minutes from Columbia, Boonville, and Fayette, MO and midway between Kansas City and St. Louis, our B&B is convenient for business meetings. We offer a small meeting space, complimentary wireless internet access, copy/fax, and catering for up to twenty-six.  Other amenities include TV/DVD/CD, robes, iron/ironing board, 24-hour coffee/tea, wine glasses/cork screw, afternoon gourmet cookies, and more.
