Make your Valentine's Day Weekend memorable at the Yates House.  Stay Friday and Saturday, February 10-11.

On Friday evening, enjoy champagne and Dixie's wonderful appetizers at fireside in the Main House.  On Saturday evening, we will serve a candlelight dinner in the Yates House Dining Room.

The Deal:  Stay both Friday and Saturday nights and both night's activities are complimentary.  Stay Saturday night only and dinner is $27/person.  Stay Friday night only and appetizers/champagne are complimentary.

Flowers and Chocolate:  Tell us if you would like flowers or chocolate added to your stay.  We have very excellent suppliers and add no additional charges of our own to the transaction if we can pick up the items in the normal course of business. 

Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter Early Friday Check In

Jump-start your spring/summer/fall weekend with an Early Friday Check In at Yates House.  Your Yates House room can be available for Friday check in as early as 2:00 p.m.  Pre-Arrangement requested. 

Katy Trail-Select Registry Special

Yates House Bed and Breakfast and Hermann Hill in Hermann, MO are promoting hiking, biking, and exploring Central Missouri. The program includes (assuming double occupancy):

• A stay at either property allows you to purchase a hiker/biker-friendly lunch for $10/person ($20/couple).
• Your stay at the second property will result in a refund of your previous lunch expense ($20/couple) and additional lunches provided at no additional charge ($40/couple value).
• Bikers or hikers will receive complimentary transportation from the Inn to local restaurants if needed.
  Indoor, locked bicycle parking provided.
• Details and individualized suggestions on themed day trip adventures between Rocheport and Hermann for specific interests, including history, great lunch spot, and much more.

Visiting your child at a local College or University? Bring that poor, starving child (and boy/girl friend or hungry roommate) to enjoy complimentary Yates House breakfast. ($14.95 value/each)

Winter Weather Cancellation

Because Missouri weather conditions can be unpredictable, we allow winter weather cancellations without charge or obligation.  You may make Yates House reservations with confidence, knowing that if travel conditions become dangerous because of snow or ice within 24 hours of your reservation, you are off the hook.  We hope our guests arrive safely and would much prefer to see you another day than have you put in harm's way.
